📋 Description

• Lead post-sales delivery for enterprise deployments in healthcare software.
• Own deployment lifecycle from scope to stabilisation to CS handover.
• Build and scale implementation methodologies, governance, and metrics.
• Manage a cross-region implementation team and capacity planning.
• Interface with Product and Engineering for escalations and gaps.
• Recruit and develop a high-agency implementation team.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise healthcare implementation.
• Multi-site deployments with IT, security, procurement, and exec sponsors.
• Fluency with enterprise health IT: SSO, identity management, EHR integration.
• Executive credibility with CIOs/CMIOs and health system leaders.
• Judgment to distinguish deployment, config, and product problems.
• Ability to build process while delivering outcomes.
