Head Of Implementation

📋 Description

• Own the full technical deployment lifecycle from scope confirmation to stabilisation and handover
• Build implementation methodology and governance for cross-region health system deployments
• Run central portfolio for enterprise deployments including staffing and capacity planning
• Recruit, develop and manage an implementation team across regions
• Ensure early technical readiness (SSO, integration, environment requirements) to avoid go-live
• Define interfaces with Product and Engineering; establish clear escalation paths for product gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading enterprise implementation in healthcare software
• Experience running multi-site deployments with clinicians, IT, security, procurement, legal and
• Proven ability to manage implementation leaders and technical resources
• Fluency with enterprise health IT: SSO, identity management, EHR integration patterns
• Executive credibility with CIOs, CMIOs and health system leaders
• Strong judgment on deployment vs configuration vs product problems
