Head of Investor Relations – Credit Fund

📋 Description

• Lead LP relationships for Xsolla Credit Fund and related investment vehicles.
• Originating and qualifying new LPs across family offices, credit allocators, and institutions.
• Manage investor outreach, meetings, diligence, and commitment tracking.
• Maintain CRM, pipeline reporting, and weekly leadership updates.
• Prepare investor materials and refine fund messaging and data room content.
• Coordinate diligence with internal teams and external advisors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in investor relations, fundraising, or private funds.
• Established LP network across family offices, institutions, or funds of funds.
• Track record raising institutional capital; exposure to private credit is a plus.
• Strong written English, investor emails, FAQs, and materials.
• Excel/Sheets proficiency, CRM, and project management discipline.
• Discretion with sensitive fund and investor information.
