Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and tech operating model across
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; act as escalation point and set
• Manage IT as an internal product with service expectations, employee experience metrics, and
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, collaboration
• Design API-driven integrations, data sync workflows, internal services, scripts, event-driven
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, identity provisioning, and self-service capabilities to remove

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering, business systems engineering, internal platform engineering, or
• At least 3 years leading teams responsible for internal business systems, automation, or technology
• Hands-on engineering background; able to read/review automation code (Python or similar).
• Strong API/webhook/OAuth experience, integration frameworks, cross-platform data sync.
• Proven experience managing SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Experience deploying AI tooling (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI-powered support, or
