Head of IT

📋 Description

• Own internal IT strategy, roadmap, budget, vendor ecosystem, and tech operating model across
• Lead IT Support & Tooling & Automation teams; set technical and service standards.
• Manage IT as an internal product; define service expectations and prioritize high-impact
• Administer and optimize SaaS platforms (CRM, marketing, finance, HR, support, collaboration
• Design API-driven integrations, data syncs, internal services, pipelines, and ChatOps tools.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and identity provisioning to reduce repetitive IT tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT engineering, internal platform engineering, or related SaaS/tech roles.
• 3+ years leading teams responsible for internal business systems or automation.
• Hands-on engineering with Python or similar language; strong API/webhook experience.
• Experience deploying modern SaaS environments (CRM, finance, HR, GWorkspace, Slack, Atlassian
• Proven AI tooling deployment (LLM assistants, knowledge retrieval, AI-powered support, or
• Strong identity and security expertise (SSO, SAML, SCIM, Zero Trust); ISO27001 familiarity.
