Head of IT/Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead IT and compliance program development and operations.
• Own SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Manage identity, access, endpoint security, vendor reviews, and audits.
• Oversee data lifecycle, disaster recovery, and cloud operations.
• Collaborate with Sales on security questionnaire responses and reports.
• Report to CTO and drive security posture across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end compliance program ownership, audit management.
• Experience owning control state in Vanta, Drata, or similar.
• MDM/endpoint security, SSO, directory management expertise.
• Proven ability to lead IT/compliance with no dedicated team.
• Strong risk-acceptance reasoning and communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fintech/regulatory environment experience a plus.
