Head of IT & Security

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end IT lifecycle and security posture across global staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage hardware inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Design and maintain network, identity, and endpoint configurations (Intune, SSO, MFA).
• Lead security governance, audits (SOC 2, partner reviews) and policy lifecycle.
• Architect security tooling strategy and oversee third-party testing programs.
• Act as primary escalation point for product security and compliance inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading IT operations or security, with team leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of SOC 2 or equivalent compliance program.
• Knowledge of AI governance and security controls; ability to set policy direction.
• Experience directing security tooling strategy (cloud security posture, EDR).
• Experience managing third-party penetration testing and remediation timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor/budget oversight.
