📋 Description

• Lead the global Learning & Development strategy for Datatonic, driving internal capability and
• Own the global learning ecosystem, scaling technical excellence and commercialising training
• Shape upskilling for engineering and non-technical teams to prepare for AI disruption in 1–2 years.
• Manage cross-functional programs including certifications, accelerator curricula, and role-based
• Drive culture, engagement, and innovation through events, incentives, and a content factory for

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in Learning & Development, ideally in tech consultancy, MSP
• Proven track record running L&D as a business unit, with experience commercialising training
• Strong cloud/AI literacy with familiarity in Google Cloud; ability to speak AI/Data Engineer
• Strategic execution mindset with ability to design global frameworks and ensure execution quality.
• Exceptional stakeholder management to influence C-suite and client relationships.
