Lead the legal design and maintenance of investment vehicles across multiple jurisdictions.
Develop and oversee AML/KYC and securities compliance globally.
Manage deal flows: SAFEs/SAFTs and token purchase agreements.
Act as primary contact for regulators and external counsel, tracking regulatory changes in DeFi.
Establish internal legal protocols for treasury, token incentives, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years legal experience in investment management, hedge funds or PE/VC.
Senior legal role in crypto Web3 sector.
Deep knowledge of global securities laws and DeFi regulatory landscape.
JD or equivalent degree; active bar membership.
Cross-border tax structuring and offshore fund experience in Cayman, BVI, Singapore.
Experience managing international law firms across regulatory regimes.
