🎯 Requirements

10+ years of legal experience in investment management (hedge funds/PE/VC).
Senior legal leadership in the crypto/Web3 sector.
Deep knowledge of global securities laws for DeFi.
JD or equivalent and active bar membership.
Experience with cross-border tax structuring and offshore funds.
