📋 Description

• Lead strategy and growth of 360's lender marketplace.
• Build and manage lender relationships with banks, fintechs, and POS providers.
• Expand coverage across credit segments, products, geographies, and contractor segments.
• Drive partnerships to boost competition, approvals, and marketplace value.
• Own the senior lender relationship with key partners.
• Align lender economics with consumer outcomes and company performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in POS lending, embedded finance, or fintech.
• Proven lender partnerships with banks/fintechs or lenders.
• Experience owning lender economics, pricing, and monetization.
• Strong understanding of lender-merchant-consumer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex partnerships.
• Experience building and scaling commercial/relationship teams.
