📋 Description

• Lead regional litigation and investigations across Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa
• Oversee criminal referrals and enforcement actions with authorities
• Manage civil docket, arbitration, regulatory enforcement, and internal investigations
• Develop strategy, supervise budget, and coordinate with global Legal team
• Lead in-house and external counsel relationships; drive risk management
• Embed AI to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted as solicitor or barrister in Hong Kong; based in Hong Kong or Singapore
• 12+ years post-qualification experience in contentious work, Asia focus
• Prosecutorial or criminal enforcement background; arbitration and trial experience; in-house
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
• Willing to travel across the region; strong judgment under ambiguity
• Experience with crypto, fintech, or payments a plus
