📋 Description

• Criminal referrals, law enforcement and prosecution support
• Own OKX’s framework for identifying conduct for criminal referral
• Work with Risk and Compliance to package referral files
• Drive referred matters to charge and prosecution
• Lead regional civil docket end-to-end for defence and plaintiff sides

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted solicitor or barrister in HK; based in HK or Singapore
• 12+ years post-qualification in contentious work, Asia experience
• Prosecutorial or criminal enforcement background; arbitration and trial exp.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity; fast-paced regulatory landscape
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred
• Willing to travel across the region
