📋 Description

• Define and execute the research strategy for AI intelligence, including reasoning and orchestration.
• Lead technical decisions on model architecture, proprietary vs open-source models.
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, reliability, and performance.
• Establish AI alignment, safety, and guardrail strategies for dependable systems.
• Explore advanced ML approaches such as retrieval training, mixture-of-experts, multimodal AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance, failure modes, and long-term impact.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch and/or JAX, plus GPU training/inference.
• Demonstrated ability to balance research innovation with practical product delivery.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration, or multimodal architectures.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with high-impact decisions.
