• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Deep expertise evaluating model performance and failure modes for long-term impact.
• Hands-on Python, PyTorch and/or JAX, plus GPU-based training/inference.
• Balancing research innovation with practical delivery and real-world performance.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, or multimodal architectures.
