Head of Manufacturing Engineering Automation & Controls

📋 Description

• Lead development and scale-up of manufacturing systems for high-volume production.
• Own factory automation, controls, equipment development, and systems architecture.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team across manufacturing engineering, automation, equipment
• Establish long-term manufacturing strategy and drive on-the-floor execution.
• Partner with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in manufacturing engineering, automation, controls, equipment engineering, or related
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations responsible for manufacturing systems or factory
• Proven experience scaling complex electromechanical products to high-volume production.
• Background in aerospace, automotive, robotics, industrial automation, electronics, battery, or
• Deep knowledge of PLCs, robotics, servo/motion-control, machine vision, industrial networking
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Robotics, or
