📋 Description

• System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain a holistic Manufacturing System architecture.
• Standardization: Develop, approve, release, and review manufacturing standards and procedures.
• Documentation Lifecycle: Manage version control and release of all processes and procedures.
• Audit & Compliance: Conduct audits, manage non-conformities, and evaluate implementation
• Core Process Ownership: End-to-end ownership of key manufacturing routines (Daily Management, Shift
• Enablement & Training: Lead training initiatives for adopting new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years in Operational Excellence, Lean, CI, or Manufacturing Engineering in
• Methodology Expertise: Daily Management, Gemba, Asaichi, LPA, Leader Standard Work, Root Cause
• Change Management: Proven end-to-end ownership across multiple plants.
• Process Design: Strong ability to design architectures, SOPs, and governance docs.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership.
