📋 Description

• Develop and standardize Manufacturing Standards & Governance
• Architect, develop and sustain the Manufacturing System architecture
• Standardize: create, approve, release and review standards/regulations (workplaces, Gemba
• Document lifecycle management: version control, communication and rollout of new processes and
• Audit and monitor adherence to standards; manage deviations and effectiveness of implementation
• Own key operational processes: Daily Management, Shift Handover, Escalation, Production Meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in Operational Excellence / Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement /
• Deep knowledge of modern manufacturing system tools and standards (Daily Management, Gemba
• Change Management: practical experience centralized across multiple sites (pilot to full rollout)
• Process development: ability to build process architecture, SOP/Process documents and audit systems
• Leadership & communication: cross-functional collaboration with Plant Directors, training and
