📋 Description

• We're hiring our first marketing leader to build and scale Mosaic's marketing function.
• Lead product marketing, content, demand gen, digital marketing, events, and brand.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to shape go-to-market
• Own Mosaic's website and overall content strategy; drive organic growth via content and SEO.
• Measure marketing performance and use data to improve results.
• Hands-on leader with ability to execute and scale in a fast-growing environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS/enterprise software with strong product marketing experience.
• Proven track record marketing technical products to enterprise buyers.
• Excellent product storytelling and ability to translate tech into customer value.
• Customer-first mindset with use of insights to shape messaging and GTM.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership.
• Experience building marketing programs in high-growth/early-stage settings; hands-on and strategic.
