  • Own marketing systems and outcomes, not tasks.
  • Build/maintain nurture programs with PMMs.
  • Optimize programs for events, webinars, demand gen.
  • Build AI-driven lead scoring and prioritization.
  • Implement ABM logic for named enterprise accounts.
  • Maintain a living marketing attribution system.
  • Build automation pipelines (n8n) for enrichment/QA.
  • Deliver lightweight internal tools/dashboards.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years with Marketo and other automation systems.
  • Admin-level proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Working knowledge of data warehouses and marketing integrations.
  • Familiarity with ABM orchestration tools for enterprise.
  • Comfortable evaluating AI agents and automation in martech.
  • Familiarity with Storyblok CMS and briefing contractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of Gong and Google Analytics.
