• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, growth, product marketing, or a closely related
• Proven experience working within Web3, DeFi, DeSo, the creator economy, or an adjacent technology
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching a token, protocol, Web3 product, or comparable
• Strong understanding of Web3 communities, ecosystem dynamics, user acquisition, partnerships, and
