• Experience in Web3, DeFi, DeSo, creator economy, or related tech.
• Track record launching a token, protocol, or Web3 product.
• Strong understanding of Web3 communities, partnerships, and growth.
• Experience go-to-market and product marketing strategies.
• Ability to translate complex Web3 concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
