Head of Marketplace Supply

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the integrated financial engine for Addi’s marketplace operations.
• Grow the merchant base, optimize pricing and stock, and drive growth on both GMV sides.
• Own the commercial calendar and convert programs into direct revenue with self-service tooling.
• Develop governance cadences (daily pulse, weekly reviews, monthly decisions) with clear commercial
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate merchant needs into roadmap items (e.g.
• Drive profitability while maintaining quality and trust across 80K+ monthly orders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in marketplace/e-commerce leadership with 3-5 years in senior leadership on the supply
• Proven ability to scale merchant bases (1,600+ sellers) while protecting quality and trust metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in pricing, category strategy, and policy enforcement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Acquisition, Success, and Engineering teams.
• Solid platform-centric product thinking and collaboration with Product/Engineering on roadmaps.
• Track record of delivering high-impact initiatives quickly in an agile environment.
