Head of Material Program Management & Procurement

📋 Description

• Own CTB process for production and material readiness against the plan
• Develop CTB methodologies linking demand, inventory, POs, work orders, lead times, allocations, and
• Establish forward-looking material coverage and shortage analysis
• Identify material constraints and drive cross-functional actions
• Lead day-to-day procurement execution to support production
• Develop MRP processes and operating discipline with IT and planning teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years in materials management, procurement, supply planning, or related
• 2+ years leading procurement/planning teams
• Strong MRP, BOM-driven planning, and inventory management knowledge
• Experience with Clear-to-Build/material-readiness processes in manufacturing
• Advanced analytical capabilities and ability to work with large datasets
