📋 Description

• Build the Foundation from zero with strategy and operating model
• Launch 2–3 pilot interventions in 90 days
• Own government and institutional partnerships (NITI Aayog, state missions, NGOs)
• Leverage Meesho’s platform to design DPI-style digital literacy, insurance, onboarding, training at
• Catalyse ecosystem change using open data for researchers and govt funding pilots
• Lead and hire the Foundation team including cross-functional pod (tech, product, design, data

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years in the Indian development ecosystem with government relationships
• Proven ability to design and execute programs at scale that measurably improve lives
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced tech company with OKRs, product managers, and engineers
• Builder mindset: 0-to-1 role with no existing team or legacy programs
• Experience at intersection of technology and development (digital public, social enterprises)
• Experience with micro-entrepreneurs, sellers, gig workers, or logistics networks
