📋 Description

• Identify and champion high-impact AI projects aligned with JetBrains product strategy.
• Lead a ~50-person team across AI initiatives, including ML engineers and MLOps.
• Set the ML roadmap and translate AI advances into product innovations.
• Ensure projects deliver on commitments and measurable value.
• Establish technical standards, architecture direction, and best practices for ML development.
• Collaborate with AI-native and integrated AI product teams across the company.

• Balance long-term R&D with short-term product needs.
• Track record shipping production ML systems used by users.
• Experience building business cases for technical projects.
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders.
• Excellent management, communication, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
