  • Design and own the operating system linking sales, onboarding, delivery and retention

  • Demonstrated experience building a services firm from early stage to $1โ€“$5M in recurring revenue
  • Proven track record owning revenue and delivery across sales, pricing, and staffing
  • Hands-on experience selling and delivering monthly recurring services (bookkeeping, IT managed services)
  • Experience improving client retention via structured onboarding and escalation
  • Experience managing distributed or global teams across multiple time zones
  • Data-driven operator who runs weekly scorecards and relies on numbers
