📋 Description

Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products (KYC/KYB, lending, APIs).
Gate go-lives against regulatory/operational requirements and scale
Run day-to-day ops across US regulated entities, licensing, risk, audits, and reporting
Lead licensing workstreams—state money transmitter, NMLS, lending licenses
Serve as ops counterpart to regulators and examiners
Represent ops in board/executive discussions and drive a high-leverage model

🎯 Requirements

8–12 years in strategy consulting and operations execution
Experience in scaling fintech/bank/crypto with cross-functional programs
Experience with B2B/B2B2C platforms and APIs
Comfort working with Product and Engineering on mechanics, not just management
Familiarity with US regulated finance, supervision/examination
Experience with KYC/KYB onboarding programs
