Head of OTC Sales

📋 Description

• Develop and execute OTC sales strategy to drive revenue and client acquisition.
• Build and expand relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, funds, and family offices.
• Lead OTC desk to convert inbound/outbound opportunities into trades.
• Drive growth in OTC volume, wallet share, and repeat client activity.
• Oversee pricing, spreads, and profitability; ensure competitiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and onboarding for growth initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in crypto OTC sales, institutional crypto, or digital asset trading.
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets, OTC ops, fiat/crypto workflows.
• Experience with crypto exchanges/OTC desks; strong network.
• CRM platforms, trading systems, Excel; English fluent; Arabic a plus.
