📋 Description

  • Own People Ops end-to-end: HRIS, benefits, leave, compliance, onboarding/offboarding.
  • Build and maintain global compliance: US regs, cross-border, I-9/ERISA.
  • Own Rippling as the system of record; automate onboarding/offboarding and payroll.
  • Lead global employment operations; manage EoR relationships and cross-border hiring.
  • Architect and govern People policies; handbook, leaves, STD/LTD, vendor mgmt.
  • Build People Ops automations and workflows; roadmap and execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in People Ops or HR Ops at high-growth tech co.
  • Deep, hands-on Rippling experience — workflow config, data integrity, onboarding.
  • Global employment experience across multiple regions (EoR, cross-border).
  • Built automations/workflows yourself using Zapier/Make/LLM.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Benefits administration and vendor management experience.
