📋 Description

• Build and scale the global people function across geographies.
• Own talent acquisition and people operations for all locations.
• Design and implement core people infra: recruiting, onboarding, performance.
• Partner with leaders; report to the COO and align with business needs.
• Deliver a workforce plan for growth to 200+ people.
• Oversee compliance, benefits, and employee relations in regulated markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building people infra at scaling company across countries.
• Comfort with global complexity; operate across India, US, EU, UK, UAE.
• Credible in both TA and HR generalist roles; able to operate both.
• Autonomous in ambiguous environments; charter and budget.
• Strong written communication for a globally distributed team.
