🎯 Requirements

Strategic finance/growth-minded leader with cross-functional execution experience.
8–12 years of professional experience in relevant fields (consulting preferred).
Outstanding communication and storytelling; ability to engage executives and partners.
Strong relationship-building and ability to mobilize donors and programs.
Experience in philanthropy, social impact, or luxury/high-touch client services is a plus.
