📋 Description

• Lead a 24/7 organization bridging Central Management and Ground Ops.
• Scale platform supply with OEM partners and real estate needs.
• Define incident frameworks and playbooks for safe operations.
• Oversee OCC for real-time fleet orchestration and dispatch.
• Interface with regulators and senior leadership on strategy.
• Build organizational structure and SOPs for supply lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in ops leadership in AV platforms or large-scale fleet ops.
• Proven P&L ownership with data-driven optimization.
• Experience managing 24/7 multi-shift distributed teams.
• Expertise in Constraint-Based Scaling and long-lead infra projects.
• Decisive under pressure for safety-critical incidents.
• Experience with workforce vendorization and SLAs.
