📋 Description

Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for consumable packaging supplies
Lead supplier/vendor negotiations, RFPs, and contract structuring
Develop playbooks for provisioning at new warehouse launches

Establish spend visibility by site/category/supplier
Serve as primary contact for distributors and managers

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in procurement/sourcing or supply chain
Direct experience sourcing packaging/consumables
Hands-on contributor; no large team management required
Proven supplier contract negotiations and performance management
Experience with ERP/WMS or procurement platforms
Comfort with data-driven decisions: spend analysis, forecasting
