Head of Product

📋 Description

• Senior product leader to own strategy and execution at Northbeam
• Partner with Chief Product & Design Officer and CEO to shape company direction
• Player-coach role; personally drive major projects from spec to release
• Lead a small team of Principal+ PMs in a design-led, customer-first environment
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams
• Own the company roadmap and product quality, with end-to-end delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience in marketing measurement, attribution, adtech or martech
• Strong track record shipping data-heavy products and ML/AI-enabled capabilities
• Hands-on, driven builder who advocates for design-led, customer-obsessed outcomes
• BS degree; engineering/computer science/data science background preferred
• Excellent collaboration skills with Design and cross-functional teams
