📋 Description

• Lead design org; own end-to-end platform vision
• Build scalable design system and component library
• Audit current design system; identify gaps and debt
• Design financial tooling for trading and treasury interfaces
• Partner with product & engineering to balance constraints
• Mentor and scale the design team and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in design with 3+ years leading trading systems
• Trading UI/UX: order books, P&L, risk dashboards, real-time data
• Banking and payments product knowledge; onboarding, KYC, reconciliation
• Systems thinking; design frameworks; pixel-perfect details
• Collaborative and pragmatic; partner with product and engineers
• Portfolio demonstrating financial services design, esp. trading
