• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Engagement Suite across loyalty, engagement
• Unify multiple products onto a shared platform to simplify portfolio and improve experiences.
• Define and advance AI-driven strategies delivering measurable value.
• Translate customer needs and data into clear priorities and investments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, and customer teams for alignment.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 4 years in senior product leadership
• Proven ability to own vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization
• Experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing tech, payments, hospitality, or retail software
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making
• Experience leading product convergence and AI-enabled products
