🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management at product-led organizations.
• Proven 0-to-1 product experience: vision, MVP, PMF.
• Demonstrated product craft and design taste with past products.
• Track record leading high-performing product teams.
• Experience using AI tools to speed work; consumer AI product experience a plus.
• Experience in politically sensitive or multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.
