Head of Product Growth

📋 Description

• Lead product-led growth for DeepL Translate and related products.
• Turn usage into strong PQLs to drive revenue and sales pipeline.
• Drive adoption of core Translate features and cross-sell to adjacent products.
• Own metrics for platform usage, feature adoption, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering across hybrid PLG/SLG model.
• Build growth loops and instrumentation to detect PQL signals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing PLG motions integrated with sales and PQLs.
• Strong stakeholder management across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
• Proven impact on feature adoption and cross-sell in consumer/prosumer products (web/extension/app).
• Experience designing growth loops for product discovery.
• OSS/ML/AI project experience a plus.
• Hybrid PLG + SLG environment comfort.
