🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as Head of Product or similar in a crypto project.
Strong understanding of DeFi, liquid staking, and derivatives.
Excellent leadership and 3+ years' management at a top protocol or funds platform.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
