📋 Description

• Own PolyAI’s product messaging, positioning, and competitive intelligence for Voice Assistants.
• Develop a go-to-market strategy to improve win rate and enablement across marketing and sales.
• Craft resonant messaging and collateral to drive commercial outcomes for PolyAI’s voice AI products.
• Map competitors and ensure differentiated messaging in all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to prioritize segments and build personas that support content
• Lead cross-team efforts to create collateral that reduces sales friction and accelerates revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing.
• 3+ years in a product marketing role.
• Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets.
• Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology.
• Experience scaling a product marketing organization as a company grows.
• Strong storytelling and spokesperson skills, online and in-person.
