Head of Product Marketing

📋 Description

• Create a product marketing strategy that enables the marketing team to consistently deliver
• Influence win rate through improved go-to-market strategy and enablement
• Develop resonant messaging and positioning for PolyAI’s voice AI products to drive commercial
• Catalog competitive intelligence and differentiate our messaging
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to prioritize market segments and develop personas
• Build collateral with content and sales enablement teams to reduce friction in the sales process

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing
• 3+ years in a product marketing role
• Knowledge of CCaaS, UCaaS, or Call Center technology markets
• Knowledge of NLP, NLU, or other machine-learning technology
