• Own Square-wide strategy for Trust across Risk and Identity.
• Balance access vs. protection, growth vs. fraud prevention.
• Lead the Trust roadmap and coordinate across Identity, Disputes, Access, and Controls.
• Hands-on DRI while coaching senior PMs to raise capability.
• Move the seller experience toward fair and fast verification and remediation.
• Engage regulators and verification partners to shape strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management in complex or regulated domains.
• Player-coach orientation; ships senior-scope work while developing others.
• Proven track record in strategy in ambiguous spaces and platform/infrastructure products.
• Exceptional narrative skills to align executives, regulators, and teams.
• Direct experience with trust & safety, risk, identity, or compliance products.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance-driven product development.
