📋 Description

• Lead production ops from fabrication to test on Fuse floor.
• Build and scale a production team of leads, techs, and engineers.
• Design processes, work instructions, and quality systems.
• Partner with design/ME to fix manufacturability issues.
• Own production schedules and remove bottlenecks.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, and cycle time improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building/managing hardware production ops.
• Strong manufacturing, quality systems, and planning knowledge.
• Autonomous, fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
• Hands-on on the floor, not just dashboards.
• Experience scaling low to high volume outputs.
