Head of Revenue Accounting & Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Set strategic vision for Revenue Accounting Ops, Technical Revenue, and OTC to enable growth.
• Lead and develop senior leaders; org design, talent development, cross-functional work.
• Own the technical revenue accounting strategy, policy, and ASC 606 conclusions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Deal Strategy on pricing, packaging, and revenue models.
• Oversee end-to-end OTC lifecycle—billing, collections, revenue recognition—with controls.
• Lead revenue close governance, analytics, and monthly/quarterly execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership in revenue accounting, OTC, or related finance roles.
• Big 4 background with public company or high-growth SaaS/tech experience.
• Deep ASC 606 expertise and complex revenue accounting practices.
• Strong end-to-end OTC knowledge and cross-functional links with Sales, Legal, Billing, Accounting, FP&A, IT.
• Experience automating revenue/OTC processes with ERP, CRM, CPQ, billing, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex issues into executive guidance.
