📋 Description

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks for sports gaming operations
• Monitor risk exposure and optimize processes to protect profits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field preferred
• 5+ years in risk management in sports betting or related field with proven trading strategy track record
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data quickly
• Knowledge of sports betting markets, lines, odds, and pricing models
• Familiarity with sports data and analytics tools (data feeds, statistical models)
• Experience with risk techniques/tools: exposure limits, hedging, diversification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong leadership and mentoring of junior traders
• Willingness to work outside normal hours
