Head of Stage Carpentry & Props – Touring Show

📋 Description

• Lead the Carpentry & Props team on a touring show.
• Oversee construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of scenic elements, stage, props
• Collaborate with Technical Director and Artistic Director to meet show standards.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and safety across rehearsals and performances.
• Coordinate city transfers and on-site safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Cirque du Soleil protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to tour internationally full-time.
• College diploma in live entertainment or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Stage Carpentry & Props; 3+ years leadership; 2+ touring.
• Skills: woodworking, rigging, welding, electrical, CAD (AutoCAD/SOLIDWORKS).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
