📋 Description

• Deliver the corporate strategy for our global Asset Management business and ensure execution at
• Align strategy with wider organisational priorities, financial parameters and long-term ambitions.
• Translate goals into clear plans, measurable outcomes and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders to connect investment, market, channel and functional strategies.
• Develop corporate development priorities and assess organic/inorganic growth opportunities.
• Build partnerships with Finance, M&A, business intelligence and market insight colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, M&A, or corporate finance in
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement with ability to interpret complex information into
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to different audiences.
• Strong financial/corporate finance capabilities with disciplined prioritisation, risk and delivery.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across locations.
