📋 Description

• Own the slate: greenlight, shape, pressure-test series (5–10 concurrent)
• Run the writers' room and script review; approve hooks and beats
• Manage production throughput: ships per quarter, quality, cost per episode
• Define and enforce production playbook: timelines, milestones, handoffs
• Lead and grow directors; recruit additional directors/writers
• Translate platform data into creative direction; partner with AI/tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in short-form/episodic content with 2–3 years senior leadership
• Scaled vertical drama at a known player; catalog-visible results
• Track record shepherding multiple series from concept to launch
• Communication: fluent English; clear, direct feedback
• Hands-on with AI generation tools (Runway, Kling AI, Seedance, Happy Horse)
• Existing relationships with directors, writers, and producers in vertical drama
