🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations at scale in a DTC, eCommerce, consumer goods, or
• Strong background in international logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier
• Deep experience with global manufacturing partners, including China-based suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with 3PL operations, ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational reporting
• Demonstrated ability to build processes, systems, and teams that support business growth.
• Strong leadership with the ability to own complex operational challenges and drive solutions
